This policy is called the Sklaris Privacy Notice. It is applicable to all users who access our websites, social media handles and other online content herein referred to as Sites and offline content herein referred to as Service.

Use of any third party services that are associated with the delivery of our services are not controlled by us and hence we can’t protect your data which is maintained by such parties. Sklaris LLP or any of its officers, directors are not liable for the content and activity of such third party service providers.

What constitutes personal data?

Personal details like Name, Age, Gender, Address, email id, Phone number, user name and other such details related to an individual or an entity. You may also use your credit cards, debit cards or any payment information for performing transactions and the same is also treated as personal information. You may provide feedback, or comment about a particular product on our Sites. You may also provide information based on explicit consent regarding your family, your health or other preferences as may be provided voluntarily. Other information includes but not limited to IP address, the time you spent and pages you visited. 

Information is collected when you register as a user and provide your details directly or from cookies or private tools or other social media platform integrated with our website. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data. If any data is found to be inaccurate, invalid or breaching the terms and conditions of the website, your access to the services may be terminated. You are responsible for maintaining your personal sensitive data like password. Any unauthorized access should be immediately notified. 

How is the data used?

Personal data is used for providing better services suited to your needs and to enable user based identification while also maintaining the credibility and authenticity of the transaction. It is used to provide real time updates and alerts regarding delivery of products and outcomes of transactions carried out during the use of the services provided on the website.

However, the same are not shared by us directly or indirectly and may be used by third party services for their requirements. Sklaris LLP or its employees, officers, directors are not responsible for any liability arising out of use of services and specifically in relation to the use of your personal and sensitive data.

We may use such data to keep you informed of new changes in policies or promotional purposes. Such data shall also be analyzed to understand consumer trends and requirements to refine our services. We are also enabled to use your data as permitted by law. Alternatively, we use data for securing our services, our customers and our assets.

Data sharing:

We are required to share data to provide services from third party vendors on our behalf. Some of them may not be located in India. 

We share data for logistics and payment processing, billing and invoicing and the same may be stored for the purpose of maintaining records.

Third party websites:

If you click on links and websites provided by third party vendors who provide services to us, you shall be carried to websites that are not in our control. This privacy policy will not be applicable to those sites. We are not responsible or liable for your data. The use of third party services however may be essential to complete a transaction and therefore you are requested to read their privacy policy and other terms and conditions.

2. Statement regarding whether the information is personal information or sensitive personal information
3. Your address, telephone number or email address
4. A statement that you have firm reason to believe that use of the information has been processed incorrectly or disclosed without authorization, as the case may be.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the right that is allegedly infringed.

We may reach out to you to confirm or discuss certain information about the complaint raised. Any communication made with a non-designated person will not be the responsibility of the firm.

Updates to this policy: This privacy policy was last updated on 16th May 2022. We reserve the right to make changes to this policy from time to time. Please check this policy  periodically for updates.

Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of the use of this website shall be subject to the laws of India.

Deleting an Account

To delete your account, log in to the Ecoliv website and click on the “My Account” tab in the header.

After being redirected to your account page, scroll down to find a “Delete Account” link. When you click the link, your account will be permanently deleted from our database, and Ecoliv will no longer have access to your data.
